GBG 2013 SURVEY TRIPS

Survey trips take place from May to November on the second Saturday of the month. The beer quality is checked at six or seven pubs outside the city boundary. The pubs checked include the previous years GBG entries plus any other pubs that are recommended by members or non-members. It is the beer quality that is important, not the number of beers sold or that the pub is 300 years old and or in a picture postcard setting.

HULL AND EAST YORKSHIRE CIDER PUB OF THE YEAR 2011

The period for nominating a pub for the Hull & East Yorkshire Cider POTY 2011 competition, has now begun.

However, before nominating a pub, read the criteria here carefully. The Branch Policy is also available to view here. Once you have done that, please send your nomination to David Litten, our Branch Cider Representative: littendavid@littendavid.karoo.co.uk.

MEMBERS DIGEST

Members Digest is a bi-monthly newsletter, produced for the members living in the Hull & East Yorkshire Branch area. It is produced in order to keep you up to date with branch matters and other items of possible interest. It is e-mailed to subscribing members on, or around, the last day of January, March, May, July, September and November.
